The worst bank experience in UAE . You can’t get responses to even your emails for weeks , so hard to reach . I tried to get my password update for 2 months now , finally got email to come to HQ in Nad Al Sheiba , waiting for 20 minutes at reception , nobody even came to assist . Such unpleasant and unprofessional!

This is where the useless credit department is? These guys are a bunch of jokers who can't be contacted nor do the sales guys answer the calls nor do they call back. It has been a nightmare to get a bank account changed for repayment... arrggghhhhh....
