Have opened an account from ENBD in May and till now I haven't received my welcome pack. Their partner courier fails to deliver several times due to faulty device not accepting signature and ENBD branch has not been helpful and call center takes more than 30mins just to be able to speak to someone.

Very unprofessional!!! Even the senior manager lacks common curtousy... expecting professional services is too far fetched at this branch... BEWARE dealing with these guys!!!
