Poor experience overall, ATM ate my card and the bank was rude, unhelpful and uninterested. Staff was ambivalent, even whilst not busy as I came during opening hours and waited to ensure decent attention. Issue was not resolved and felt the only positive lesson was that I will never do business with this branch ever again. Look at the reviews, has to be some of the lowest I have ever seen on google.

I can say that i regret the day when i decided to deal with them. The system is very bad and slow, staff unprofessional and if you need any help they will "ping-pong" till you decide to give up. They lie also with the promotions !!! So for me this was the worst bank ever !

If I could no stars I would. Unhelpful, arrogant and ignorant staff run by an equally inept bank manager. Quite simply the worst bank I have ever dealt with. It doesn't have to be this way....stay clear!
