Bad experience.. extremely slow to proceed. Arriving at opening staff take 30min before finally starting to take care of customers’ requests.. before that they look at you speaking with each other, ordering water or coffee to the office boy, they watch Instagram… customers’ services is clearly not their priority … only one counter is open while there are 6 persons behind other counters.. inefficient service.. they are wasting working people time in the morning

Went to the branch 3 times because of inefficiency of the reception-Mary the Filipina lady & another lady in abaya. They’re also arrogant on how they deal with their clients. Whilst some people around are just chatting and laughing around who looks very unprofessional.

I went to this branch to withdraw cash from teller. At the entry gate, i was informed by the security that the teller services are down for the entire day and to visit any other branch or use ATM. Teller services are the basic banking operation of a any branch and such services being down is totally unacceptable. This ENBD branch has to be the worst branch of all who cannot even keep teller services going on. Bank management should improve the services or accept loosing clients gradually.

This is the worst branch!!! With the rudest staff to assist you!!! Mary the Philipino and the lady who sits with her in abaya completely misguided us..!! Printed out bank statements when it was not needed “charged money for the same”!! And yet I go next time and find out I need to get more paper work so the previous ones they made me do was all futile! Then they show attitude to us and be rude to us!!!!! Never 👎🏻 going back!

I had the worst experience of my life waiting for 2 hours to withdraw cash .. why to withdraw cash from teller when you have Atm and I got to write this long review while waiting there , Please see below my experience in detail Unprofessional team and lack of experience can bring a business down , Yes that’s team Emirates Nbd I had a very weird experience with emirates nbd banking all of a sudden restricting my account for transactions on one fine morning , When I called the call center they said visit the nearest branch and they will be able to help you the account is restricted because the home branch had emailed you a form and you never replied that’s why they restricted the account and you can’t withdraw or transfer or do any transactions and the nearest branch will fix it . A working woman running to the nearest branch during her lunch break to avoid further issues during the national day break lands up in the Bay square branch . A branch including the manager is weird lacking technical knowhow One request please train your team well to act on issues like this they are being non servicing customer service team total lack of professionalism and awareness on how to solve issues . One staff who is sitting at front desk said I should have sent you to your homebranch rather than assisting you here at this branch . What does this mean ? She don’t like to work or what ??? Dear team I do regret the decision I took to visit your branch too …. Frustrated customers surround me in the place The manager doesn’t even know there is no form called withdrawal form . And the solution she offered is bring your original passport to the home branch in Sharjah to update your account and it will be solved with in 3-5 working days . Why when an email is sent and the customer doesn’t respond you don’t call the customer for follow up !!! To withdraw the money you have to wait at the teller where in one teller working and you wait for 2 hours to withdraw and also get approval from the Sharjah branch for withdrawal . Just one email sent they claim which dint even reach my mail box , with so many fraudulent activities happening around and no follow up on the same by call and blocking the customer account for transactions you think you are doing customer service or are you worthy to be in UAE’s service sector . The branch manager Ms.Huda when I asked her can you try for the approvals quickly she replied we have other customers not only you so neither I need you too. The staff who decided to restrict my account you must be a genius . pathetic To wrap it up because of the branch’s and teams unprofessionalism I had to close my account and I no longer want to bank with you Emirates NBD . None of you know the exact solution of the problems your team created . Try to be proactive and improve your services !!!!!!
