Extremely Hopeless Voice response system have to physically go to the bank each time there is an issue. EVA does not understand, and most of the time she will be having network issue. Customers are looking for solutions not a nice voice who cannot fix issues or EVA cannot pass to a Human to take necessary action. She will drive you in circles. No reply for mails also.

Poor customer service. Extremely rude with customers. No wonder its getting such a poor ratings. Bank management needs to to take a serious note of this issue.

Worse banking service compared to other branches Slow customer service - slower than a turtle. Impolite customer service personnel . Had to visit this branch 4 times still work not done. Other branches of ENBD is way better

Because it's more then one hour and still waiting in the waiting area, no one is careing and the account opening counters want to take their own time to close their customer service. Worst experience at the Bank Street Enbd Branch😇

Not to much crowd in side this branch, and out side 5 cash widrow, cash deposit, cheque deposit machine available also easy to access from burjman metro station.
