This was the most worst banking experience ever. Useless staff which can’t proper questions and made it clear that they don’t want to see clients. Close this branch, nobody wants to work there. I received an email to pick up my global cash card from any ENBD branch office, now this is spam you need to go to your home branch. No we are not interested, after my question can I call you by phone their answer was “no we do not answer phone”, counter 2 , 12:30 a local dressed lady
In satwa barach management is very very 3rd class specially security guard and one srilanka ladies.. I was very bed experience few days ago I was visited there 1st security very 3rd class parson he Don't no how to tocking one Parsons going inside he was wring knadora same security said him sir sir please when we are outside he tolk fight don't have time etc..... And when I give him answer after that ladies leave her chair and quietly come and support to security... We are all costumer NBD bank and they need to give expect to us there in Dubai also anther nationality not only local we are also people I suggest for every foreigner person don't go satwa barach very 3rd class management security and ladies ??????

This is the strangest service in my life. If Russia worked like this, we would never have had the world's first vaccine, an atomic bomb and a flight into space. But the temperature from the air conditioner, as in Siberia. Finally, after a week of waiting, I picked up the card, the bank called me back after 15 minutes and said that I had to come back again, otherwise I would not be able to activate the card. I asked why they didn't tell me and didn't activate it in the bank? Naturally, I activated everything myself at home. Apparently, they needed me to sign some kind of paper for reporting. And they tried to deceive me. Lol.
