It is an international organisation. Air conditioners are not working most of the time. And, at least respect your own clients. Clients are the spine of any organisation. Clients must be respected. Clients are paying you, bank guys must get training to be more focused and more responsive towards people.

Very bad experience. Only two tellers working at turtle speed. After standing in line for 30 mins, teller is asking me to go to another counter for biometric. Like what the hell? Y cant you do your job at one counter. Or at least wait till i m done before serving another person. Now i am waiting again just because one genius thought to distribute simple task to multiple counters. Totally pathetic ?
