24March2022: Visited for the first time. The Branch banking is on ground floor while Priority banking is on the first floor. The ground floor is undergoing renovation, so the Branch is performed on the first floor. As usually the UBL experience is as bad as you can imagine. After waiting for 5 minutes on ground floor and 10 minutes on the first floor, the lady behind the table told me that I am lucky as I can deposit clearing cheques with her and save the time of waiting in the long queues. Though I had pulled the deposit form after her pointing for clearing cheques about 10 minutes ago. She was actually busy with her 'cash client' for selling Banca assurance.

Worst experience ever, it took them more than 1 hour to proceed just one simple pay order. When I ask the guy after one hour he was like “I totally forgot you” 🤬 They don’t even have generator in the bank like seriously 😒
