don't pick up the phone, do not provide satisfactory services, when offering products they act very nice but when u become a customer they ignore you. unprofessional behavior, i request my Personal loan account statement, visited 2 times every time they agree to send me through email but they do not.

One of the worst experience of my life with the Banking Sector over the years. Folks sitting the the Call Center/Credit Card dealing are the worst creature you will ever meet in your life. Their attitude towards customers queries is apathetic. I have visited almost a year with over 10 times , but my issue of CC have not been resolved so far. The guy who is responsible seems drunk in he daylight and lost somewhere. Worst of the Worst. They need to close their branch and do some other business. They are not born to serve to the customers. Pathetic Bank, Pathetic services.

Needs too much improvement in Sales Department. Their credit card is much better as compare to other banks. Thay have international purchase for their credit card holders if they are out of country like Saudia Dubai Etc.Bank facilities are also good.but sales office needs improvement

I am the customer of this bank. They are offering Credit Cards, Readyline and personal loan on very easy conditions. Interest on the loan is forbidden for Muslims so if you can arrange money from somewhere else then stay away from ReadyLine and Personal Loan of any bank. The more money you have in your pocket from the banks will throw you more in debt of bank. Stay away from taking loan from Banks so your life will be more peaceful and joyful forever.
