I have read the comments of other persons and I have the same views regarding the service quality of this branch. I visited this branch only once and never thought to visit it again due to the very causal/unwelcoming attitude of the staff.

Most casual behaviour and care free towards the customers. Helpline either doesn't get answered or drop the call after waiting for a lot of time. Services are below expectations. Internet banking site is slow and hard to use for even a tech savvy person.

Poor customer service. Staff acts like they are doing you a favor by entertaining your request. Very unprofessional attitude.
