Well-furnished branch of Silk Bank which was once owned by two to three international banks, which made it very luxurious building. Its a wide and well-prepared building, having wide parking of cars and bikes. Staff of the bank is very cooperative and try their best to entertain the clients. But sometimes power failures creates hurdles in smooth dealing of clients as systems shut and also token machine so clients have to face difficulty in depositing payments. Overall, good bank and branch which are trying their best to facilitate their clients.

Bad service bad bank this is my first experien with this bank there service is unbearable every time i try to activate my card but there systems are not working and they always hangup my calls without resolving my concerns... I never have this kind of bad experience with any bank... ????
