Very bad service unprofessional staff. While calling over phone first no one is picking up the call secondly staff is unprofessional. Their helpline agents are all from Karachi it seems, they sound so rushy and want to get rid of you. Really bad service requested for an address update it is taking ages. More than 4 days and nothing happened. Hope my issue will resolve soon I will change the bank. Please think before you select a bank, really awful experience.

PROFILE BADLY NEEDS UPDATION. PHONE NUMBERS GIVEN NOT RESPONDING. EVEN THE NUMBERS GIVEN BY PTCL INQUIRY NOT FOUND RESPONDING DESPITE REPEATED ATTEMPTS. POOR SERVICE SHOW!
