One of the worst bank branch ever faced in history. Non-cooperative staff with zero knowledge manager. I simply asked for rules and regulations, just to study then. And he said that he'll provide it later. I mean, like seriously. Ofcourse he doesn't even know where to look for them, or from where to provide them to a walk in customer. He could also simply mentione it. But, he's totally ignorant. I don't know who appoints such arrogant people in their branch these days? Useless branch ever!
