My personal JS branch has an attendant for me who is a guy named Manzar being now the 'Operations Manager' there. But having said that 3 stars for only him and my personal assistance but the customer service all over for JS bank has been quite mismanaged and out of tracking as far as their clientele is concerned. I was on the verge of 2.5 but just for mr. Manzar I gave a 3.
