3 years ago I visited Meezan Bank College Road branch and they refused to open the account by saying that NADRA system is down. Last week I visited again but this time I told the Account Officer I have good amount for account opening and this time he offer me a cup of coffee (One of the best coffee) If You want to open Account in Meezan Bank College Road branch just tell the Account officer that you have 20K or more for account opening. The only way to get an account otherwise their common excuse is NADRA system is down.

Poor customer service. Staff is very rude and not cooperative at all. Takes a lot of time to cater the customers, even if the representative is free. I really like Meezan Bank and its mobile banking but this branch is totally opposite. I opened my account here two years back. Also, their temperature gun doesn't work. Never seen it working during my last 10 visits. The guard is holding it very confidently though.
worst experience i ever had in a bank. Never open account in this branch. Wapda town branch is better.
