Absolutely pathetic branch without any manner and professionalism. I wanted to get a “student account” opened for my little sister. I am a neurologist and even after providing them my hospital letter and financial statement, they still had problems with opening the account… common its just a stupid student account not an investment account… went to HabibMetro Bank near by and they opened the account away and the staff at HabibMetro was very professional and welcoming !
Slow service and staff behavior is very rude.
Worst customer services, no professionalism, don't open account in any HBL. You can get better services at other private banks.
Pathetic service. Only 1 person sitting on counter and dozens of customers waiting in line. Avoid this branch.
Long ques, nobody from bank staff to bother. There was long ques inside and outside the bank. Only two Tellers were working others...? I saw a member staff idling outside the bank on phone for at least half an hour until I left the spot, having no tension at all to help out the customers. Simply passive attitude disturbed me a lot. Actually don't deserve a single star.
