I have never been inside this Branch. I have only went to ATM. The machine always remains cash loaded even in the peak days. A beautiful waiting area is also established for customers to wait outside the branch under shade.
Worst branch of HBL. Staff is so irresponsible and pathetic. Zero customer care. They don't even pick up the call at any of their numbers mentioned.
Worst place in the world even the security guard don't know what to do in his job.He won't buzz me in the bank but let others just because my shoes was not polished.
The worst Hbl branch in karachi. Zero customer service. No one picks up the phone and they have the most incompetent staff. Maintained an acct here for 8 yrs and ended up regretting it everytime I needed banking support or customer care.
Poor customer service. Worst bank dont open an account here unless you want zero customer support.
