Little lackluster ever since they closed branches and nudged clients to do their transactions online. The bank now lacks a personalized touch and thus have lost their customer focus. All too impersonal it would seem. However, the saving grace is their online banking software which enables reliable funds transfer, utility bill payments and the like. That's what I like about SCB. One additional detail that is noteworthy is that they have an extremely efficient bank teller in the WTC/Clifton branch which is why I'll give them a 3 star rating. He deals with customers very professionally and at a fast clip. (I don't know the gentleman's name but jeez he's head and shoulders above any teller in any of the commercial banks I've frequented. Why this gent is not in a more senior position at SCB is a mystery to me.)

One of the WORST bank ever. Don't open an account here. It's even worse than government banks. Pathetic service, too many charges plus they will close/lock your amount without telling you for the slightest of reasons

I went to change my account. They need some documents but they were not to cooperate. I have pdf file but they said they need paper. All work we do is online why would we go outside and get print out. I will say it is very bad service so three. Even their account login have following issues. 1. Does not have 2fa authentication 2. Password does not allow dashes and other characters 3. Pdf file should print or email option
