Service at enquiries less than 1 star. Waiting more than an hour. Only 2 people at helpdesk busy the whole time. Please close this branch if you can't appoint people that is able to do the work!
Extremely slow service. Only 2 people helping customers when the que is almost out the door and takes 20min per customer.
Customer Care que too long for only 2 employees on duty, who is busy with customers for periods longer than 15 to 25 minutes per person!?
Took my grandma to do some business, we sat for a while but when we were served the service was great! I'll highly recommend this branch. They had lots of patience and were very friendly.
Don't answer their calls. It is not even a busy time of the day. Thanks you saved me lots of frustration
