I got assistant by an immature a person that doesn’t know how to do their job now everything of my is a set because of her negligence!
Very Bad Service. 2 years After a died Person nothing Happens And they close the file. Now all from beginnen.
I only have good things to say about this branch. I had some challenges when I opened my account in 2019 but I received amazing help and reassurance from Lerato.What an amazing person she is. I've been trying to compliment her on FNB websites but I doubt anyone saw it. Every other time I went there I encountered only warmth, friendliness and professionalism!! Because of Lerato I came over to FNB and the amazing staff make it so easy for me to stay. God bless everyone. Have a super Christmas and New year
