The branch is wonderfully designed, really easy to do business there. The staff members are also friendly and offer great tips and advice on the problem you might have. They must keep up the good customer service.

Poor customer services. Try contacting them at any time and automated messages and ads play on. You not sure if they open or closed for business.

I went in today(04/03/25), I would say I had a great experience all thanks to Gabri Lubbe, she was a sweetheart, I was anxious, she didn’t only just assist me with what I wanted but she gave me more advices I actually needed without even having to ask, helped me with my to do list, highly recommend her service, she’s the best at what she does and shows a lot of passion. Then she handed me over to this lovely lady Siphiwe Ntshangase, if you need advices about foreign exchange and procedures, she’s your go-to lady, had a conversation with her like I was with my big sister, she’s so lovely, sweet and kind.

Disgusting pathetic service...account was opened with this branch but when my hubby's wallet was lost and he returned with a bar coded ID to collect his card he was refused....same ID number, same photo on the system but blatantly refused. Even returned with an affidavit and was sent away...to Indian woman claiming to be branch manager you need training and a demotion....went to another branch and voilà no issues...beautiful service

Horrible experience and a reminder why I hate visiting bank branches unless utterly necessary. Only ONE teller is available this morning, I've been waiting over 40 minutes to receive money from WU. 1 teller, really?! 🙄
