Wow so I went to FNB for an overdraft which I do have but needed to increase it. Which I usually do so this consultant tried n failed made me approve twice on my app. We ended up calling someone which worse part was wen she took my number n told me the overdraft will be ready in 48hours she will call me which again she never called lol mxm FNB 🚮
I have received impeccable service from the branch manager who went above and beyond to assist me and made sure I received an optimal outcome. I have been to this branch twice, and both times I have been there, I have received phenomenally outstanding service from the branch manager who is such a warm and kind person🌸.
