I went to absa overport city on the 9 may to open a business account. The consultant was busy to see to me. He asked me to give him my documents and ID. I tried calling him a week later he rejected my call saying he will call back, today is the 20 May still no call from absa.

The Indian lady at counter very rude. I went to deposit 4000 for my boss. He instructed want the deposit done inside the bank. This lady refused to do the deposit. Said under 5000 they don't do. I need to go to the atm. The I asked the lady I someone can show me hw to do card less deposit, coz I dnt know. She told me someone will be Der to show me. I go to the atm I asked the security guard to show me. Coz he was the only one Der. He said I need to go back inside ask lady at the desk. I go inside the lady tells me I need to do it. She write it down for me on a piece of paper. Said if I dnt get it right then I can cm ask her for help. These staff at absa, wants to sit on Der backside. Nt willing to help. It's also dangerous to deposit at the atm. I'm glade I dnt have an account with yourl. Yr service sucks bad. Terrible. Wakeup plz.

I had a problem with my card, and they couldn't help me. I've been going back there for days now without getting help. They said they don't know what's wrong with my card.
