Mandisa Zulu gave me an excellent service by resolving an issue of my blocked card that had lasted for aver 3 months due to FICA though I had supplied all documents . Hilda (lady directing clients) was LOVELY. Service from the consultant at the desk is the very reason as to why I will never bank with Absa full time. Rude, acts like she's doing me a favour and, mad it seem like I'm transferring funds from Absa to another bank like a big and strenuous exercise. So glad I only deal with this bank once in a blue moon.
