FNB Private Wealth 9 Fredman Drive Sandown

Do not join FNB private wealth. They are the worst. There is no assistance of any sort. Been struggling to get a simple bond cancelation letter for 45 days now. It seems they dont know what that is. You speak to call center agents who are not interested in helping and dont understand anything. Private wealth is supposed to be a customized service, but rather FNB has gone the route to make it the worst service available in banking. No banker, no knowledge, no help, just frustration. Rather stick to the Investecs and other private banking institutions to save yourself a lot of frustration.

Poor service generally. You are assigned a banker that only calls to sell you products. They are not responsive to emails and their numbers always go to voicemail.

If you are considering joining FNB Private Wealth for the service - RUN. Only consider it if you willing to jump into the FNB suite for the rewards.

Have had a terrible experience with the FNB advisory team. No responses to my queries, no resolution to the mistakes that they have made. Disappointed

AFNB Private Wealth is terrible when it comes to service and that is clear from its reviews here on Google 1.63 is nothing to right home about. Your Private Wealth managers either couldn't be bothered or they have too many accounts. Bottom line you offer no service!!!
