FNB Grassy Park 53 Victoria Road Grassy Park

I visited the FNB ATM area at Victoria Road in Grassy Park 8th March 2026 and was very disappointed with the condition of the facility. The ATM area was extremely dirty. There were used cups and litter left on the machines and around the area. It honestly looked neglected and poorly maintained. I was even uncomfortable taking out my phone to take pictures because the environment did not feel safe. The security present was also not very professional or presentable, which adds to the concern for customer safety. To make matters worse, all the deposit ATMs were out of order. It is only the 8th day f the month and many people still need to do their banking, especially over the weekend. Situations like this make it very difficult for customers and businesses who rely on these services. We pay bank charges as customers, and we expect a clean, safe, and functioning ATM environment. The condition of this ATM area shows a lack of respect for the clients and businesses that bank with FNB.

If I could give 0 star ,I would. After my previous worst experience which I reviewed on Google review. I said let me give it a try because I do stay in Grassy park. Why do I have to go to blueroute( where I get the best customer service),it turns out that I made the worst mistake of my life.Some people will never change. They gave me a run around since December only to tell me 2 months later that they can't help me. I will never go back to this branch

The employees are kind and always willing to work. Whenever I visit their branch, I always get the nicest consultants who are understanding and patient with their clients and, they greatly assist those who are struggling to keep up or understand what they should do and how to do it. ( If needed) They will assist in showing you, how to work the atm while avoiding seeing any of your personal details like (e.i.PIN and account information). They are truly amazing and genuinely nice, there aren't many who can do their work with so much passion, as well as being able to handle disrespectful clients, who aren't clients or looking to bank with their branch, and yet they help and assist these people to understand and with whatever they want to know or find out about branch. So overall it's a great place with an amazing team the that's always willing to assist anyone who needs it

Poor service unfair treatment from their staff I wanted to open an account, they told they can't they have to run a background check for my ID they'll call me after 3days they never called💔💔💔. I went to blue Route Mall they helped me sametime.

After years of banking with FNB I was so disappointed with the consultant at the bank. Not friendly, no smiles, does not explain anything
