The worst banking experience I've ever had. I'm not sure why this is still a bank. I'm glad there's options to bank with another bank. I'm done with this unless bank.

If I could rate this branch a 0 I definitely would. This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever been to! I spent more than 35 mins just waiting even though there was no que I was eventually helped by a gentleman Kwazi , I explained to him what I needed , he then tried convincing to go for something else, after a back and forth of an additional 25 mins he then tells me the option I initially chose is now offline & advised me to go for the option he recommended me to make the process go quicker. I was stunned to say the least as I never in my 34 years of having a banking account ever hear of such nonsense! Kwazi seriously needs some customer service training on how to deal with customers who do not want to be upsold without blatantly lying . I will not return to this money hungry branch even if my life depended on it !
