They kept me as customer so they can't be all bad.

Impossible to log in to the mobile bank. The person I spoke to for help said it was a technical error and that I had to delete the Nordea app and download a new one from the AppStore. I deleted it. Then tried to go to the AppStore. There I had to enter the password for my gmail account. But I don't have a gmail account. I got rid of it a long time ago. So that was it! Then I guess I'll have to call Nordea again and wait for over an hour to maybe get help. Terribly disappointed with Nordea! More negative experiences!

Completely useless. Roommate was going to trade in a car with a colleague. Poor communication and service. Do not recommend. Ended up taking out a loan through another bank.

Worst bank I've ever called. Was supposed to speak for my uncle since he had problems paying his mobile subscription, and therefore couldn't call them. They say he has to speak and call them personally, but they don't understand he can't call. In addition, they say if the person doesn't speak English or Norwegian they have to block his account. What a nonsense with that bank, and the worst of all banks. Hope most people switch to a better bank, and will make sure my family switches to DNB, better bank and better customer service in any case!!!

It's a shame it's not possible to give a worse rating than 1 star. My wife and I bought a house and were going to use her BSU money for equity. We had the loan in my bank and needed to transfer the BSU money to the loan we got there. We had a takeover date where they had 3 weeks to transfer the money, we called and reminded them several times without them getting their finger on it. It takes as long as it takes, we got an answer. Everything will work out in the end, but I recommend people steer clear of this bank that is so unadaptable and not very solution-oriented. There are many good banks out there that value their customers and ensure that their interests are taken care of and met. Some see solutions while others only see problems. Have a good summer 😎🌞🌞
