I requested for my bank certification last june 4, 2024 and one of the teller mentioned that it will be 2 banking days only but until now, they didn’t follow up my request to the branch of my atm. I contacted the branch of my atm and until now they didn’t recieve my request from chinabank valero. They didn’t even update me regarding this. They are very unresponsive to the call. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
This China Bank Branch is located in the heart of Makati Business District in Valero Tower. They have a good staff and very secure location. They also have an Automatic Teller Machine open twenty four hours a day.
Worst service. No one answers calls from overseas. Such a waste of money.
