I have called the hotline number and was told that the card was endorsed to the courier in March 24,2023. The card might be lost in transit even though I have the correct address on file. The CSR that I have talked to earlier was able to confirm that everything on file is correct. I was also informed that I do not have the option to track the courier online, there is no way for me to check it myself unless I will the hotline everyday. Given this fact, it is highly unlikely that dealing with Metrobank Philipines is not good decision in life. For several reasons: 1. No way of tracking the courier 2. Customer service is not professional and not helpful in most cases. 3. Long wait time, long hold time. Agents does not even care about their customers. 4. The service is not promising 5. Email turn around time is too long. 6. Platinum is nor really platinum, the perks are too tight for them to call it platinum hence they are charging 5k as annual fee. 7.
