What a gamechanger this UB Branch. Dropped by to do a single transaction and someone offered me a free coffee! Theres a cafe inside that serve clients that has bank transactions Tried spanish latte. Good enough for a free drink
Very slow customer service! I mean The Ark Unionbank in Makati! Knowing that the location is in central makati you should have more staff in the location. People need to wait more than 1 hour to just do each transaction! What a worse experience!!!
They took away the free Barista coffee service on the ground floor, and now there's too many Unionbank personnel taking over the tables and chairs (see photo)... Those should be prioritized for PWD and Unionbank customers!!! Unionbank is getting worse and worse 🙄
Slow customer service. A big branch but only one personnel assigned to cater customer’s inquiries.
