Service is so slow! They should have a separate line for the priority. My number is 1 and they prioritized the seniors first! It is unfair that I went earlier in a bank and I will wait for more than 1 hour. Also, staffs are just chatting and chatting. So unfair!!

Security guards are rude. They will assist you depending on how you look. You can tell right away from the way they look and answer you. Just because you look poor. Special mention to guards on duty: July 16, 2025 at 2:15PM. Good job, you make the wait more worst than ever!

They have the worst service ever since i started going to this bank branch for 2 years. It's not only me who complains about their turtle service. many times i ended up just leaving because of the very sloooow service. These people are wasting our time. No wonder there are only few clients who go to this branch. They only like serving VIPs. WORST WORST EASTWEST BANK BRANCH EVER.

My original branch is in BGC the Fort but need to withdraw in this branch since Im staying at my husbands relatives for weekend. It is good that they have to contact my original branch for confirmation but they did this after almost 30 mins of waiting... Note that they dont have any clients at that time... Very disappointed client here.

This is the worst branch ever. 2 hours to exchange dollars and I HAVE AN ACCOUNT!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AND HARDLY ANYONE HERE!!!
