I FREQUENT THIS BANK DUE TO THE CLOSE PROXIMITY FROM WHERE I LIVE, IN DON ENRIQUE HEIGHTS, AN EXCLUSIVE SUBDIVISION FOR QUITE RICH PEOPLE JUST ACROSS ST. PETERS CHURCH. MOST OF THE TIME, THE ATM MACHINE HERE HAS ONLY 1 WORKING. I WENT HERE ON A WEEKEND TO WITHDRAW FROM THE ATM AND VOILA! ALL MACHINES ARE UNAVAILABLE. SERIOUSLY? I ALSO EXPERIENCE MANY OCCASIONS HERE WHEN I WITHDRAW THE QUEUE IS TOO LONG YOU HAVE TO LINE UP STANDING, UNDER THE NOT SO COMFORTABLE HEAT OF THE ROOM OUTSIDE BECAUSE THE BUILDING ITSELF DOESN'T HAVE AIRCON NOT EVEN THEY BOTHERED TO PUT A FAN OUTSIDE. THEY USED TO HAVE MONOBLOC CHAIRS OUTSIDE WHERE PEOPLE CAN SIT AND WAIT BUT THEY REMOVED ALL OF IT. NOW THEY S2PID STAFF OF UNIONBANK JUST LET THE PEOPLE WAIT OUTSIDE TO BE CALLED UNDER THE VERY HUMID TEMPERATURE WHILE THEY ARE ENJOYING AIRCON INSIDE. THE MOMENT YOU ARE CALLED TO STEP INSIDE, YOUR BODY WILL BE SOAKING IN YOUR OWN SWEAT WITH A CHANCE OF CATCHING COLDS AND WORSE PNEUMONIA. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

This bank branch is very inefficient. They are having a lot of controls upon entrance, especially in the morning. Number system, going inside the bank, another calling system to make a transaction in iPad and finally waiting to be called in the counter. Hopefully they will manage to mirror the ones in BGC.

Requested bank certificate with adb here. Process was smooth despite the volume of transactions they were handling. Security guard is helpful. I noticed that some of the customers were rude to the staff because they don’t want to use the bank’s ipad system which is very simple and straightforward. I almost did not go to this branch because of how low the rating was and the bad reviews but it was an okay experience.

worst branch ever.. understaffed, slow service, service queue system needs improvement.. you dont even know when ull be next. need separate line for seniors and another for quick transactions.

- Only 1 of 2 aircons are working despite it being full. Sulit na dapat yan to open 2 aircons. The management should care enough to make sure that the area is both fit for workers and clients. - The queue is blank but the lines are long because clients are having trouble inputting. Should an automation like this be implemented, it should be for convenience and agrees with the client base capacity. Puro seniors but they're having trouble entering their details in the queue.
