Worst customer service ever! I thought visiting the branch would expedite my request since I was advised to go there personally. However, when I visited today, I was only told that they would just email the head office to follow up, and that there was no other option. “Kung ano lang po kasi ang sasabihin nila, iyon lang po talaga.” So what’s the point of visiting the branch if you’ll just follow up again through email? It was a waste of time and effort. The customer service representative looked like he didn’t want to help me with my concern at all. Worst experience, UnionBank!

Went here earlier for the first time and I was very satisfied with the customer service from their guard up to their tellers. Plus the convenience of the queueing system they have is superb, tho I think calling by number rather by name (and displaying it on tv) is much better (esp due to DPA). Wifi access was pretty useful too when I needed to double check my email in processing my payment transactions. I recommended this branch to my mom as well :) Thank you!

Its a busy day, almost 20 people waiting in queue and only 1 teller processing all types of transactions, deposit and atm are both down. I had to wait almost an hour for a simple deposit transaction. Good job in wasting your customer's precious time!

The staff handling transactions is very accomodating "though" they are bit slow on processing but overall still pretty good . Free wifi also is not working . Lol .
