They are already paperless but the teller is not that nice
Everyone was very helpful. I was able to get a card replacement and set up a new checking account, all within a reasonable time. Kudos to the team, especially Mr. Carlos, Ms. Jacqueline, and Mr. JR.
Unreliable, 1 transaction will make you wait for 1hr to 2hrs justl to confirm to their other branch. They can make a call but choose to email it before to proceed.
This branch is unreliable, they can’t even update their own phone number. It’s hard to communicate with them, it’s like they’re not really doing business.
