I have a problem with my withdrawal. There was an error when I used the unionbank atm machine in Kassel vito cruz branch. It didnt dispense the cash but my account was debited and my atm card got stock. What should I do?

My card has no damage but it won't work on any ATMs or terminals and they're charging me for a replacement. Asked them to close my account instead but they insisted that I should just stop using the account. Terrible service.

Regular deposit will take you 1-2 hours, they only have 2 bank tellers. I suggest you go to a different branch.

Place wasted 1 hour of my life at the end says the system was down and offered another savings account with a higher maintaining balance. poor customer service, they could have told me immediately that they didnt know what was happening (table 2 especially). Never getting an account here at least from this branch lol

I do not know if the Unionbank emailed me wrong instruction or the branch officer I talked to has poor attitude. I applied for open account online but still need to go to the nearest physical branch for me to finish my application. As I see it, it was for the verification of my address and ID's because my present address does not match of my IDs. The officer told me that it was an "unfinished" application and I need to re-apply using their queing system.*with unpleasant face*As I was about to start, the officer interrupted what is my source of income and I answered "salary". Then she told me that I need ID and proof of billing and I said that I have both plus the brgy certificate to support the address because I am renting the house. She added that it was not enough and that I have to submit my payslip, luckily, I have it. Then she quickly added that company id is also required. And unfortunately, I do not have my company id.
