Poor service I've waited 5hours for an approval over the counter transaction Just an approval arnaiz branch to Masbate

Worst bank! Slowest service. Has no consideration nor respect for people's time. One client takes forever to be served. Has only two tellers. Doesn't care if their clients have all fallen asleep already. It's not as if they lack manpower. They were all just chatting, laughing and walking around. Waste of time here just to make a deposit. Bring your business elsewhere. This bank is a joke! 😡😡😡 I've closed my account with this bank more than 10 years ago because of their poor service and obsolete system. Nothing has changed. Remains to be the worst bank!

I felt like I had to leave a review because the reviews here were all bad. I had a good experience unlike the other reviews. I went early, the customer service agent catered to my needs, and I left. It was a quick and pleasant visit.

Very unhelpful Branch Said can’t do anything instead of finding solution to try to help the client I tried another way to encash my money Thru M LHulier since Metrobank can’t and don’t want to release my money Again they caused me unnecessary stress as M LHulier is having issues connecting with Metrobank server, again issue is with Metrobank. It’s my money and I can’t collect it. Very unpleasant experience!!!

Slow and inefficient branch here! Metrobank San Lorenzo! I am the only customer however as of the moment (I’ve been waiting for over an hour now for my card replacement - verbally approved by source bank; awaiting for an email). Asked for my cards for scanning... asked to update info... then, asked for signature specimen... asked for my cards again for photocopy... asked again for additional info. They asked for requirements piece-by-piece. Hassle! In their turnaround time for interbranch cards, quota na sila sa 4 a day!!!
