Very slow service. I am always banking at this particular branch because it's close to my office. They haven't improve their services ever since. So frustrating to wait for more than 30 minutes to almost 1 hour just for your turn.
Slow service. Poor customer handling. Use of phone inside the bank is illegal but takes long time to queue makes other clients angry and bored. Hopefully they have other stuffs like television ibside the bank to entertain customers.
The staff I talked to on phone was really rude and not professional. I'd like to report him to the head office.
Your guards are your bank tellers, we'll inquire, they're rude to talk to.
