Minimum over the counter withdrawal limit is 50k. I needed 75k and only have 25k in the account since the 50k transfer was still pending. I was suppose to withdraw 25k over the counter so that the 50k can be withdrawn via ATM once processed (atm limit is 50k per day). Metrobank does not allow this.
i wait for long time almost 1 hour and the staff very rude specially the teller bad experience this metro bank branch
