It was my first time opening an account in metro. They dont have any computer access to change my information . They dont even know how to explain it properly . Like they dont know the process , not accomodating because they assisting someone else already while you are waiting for an answer . They are ignoring you since they dont know the process .
The security was murmuring negatively when I wasn’t able to hear my turn. Please inform your tellers to make their voices audible and clear enough to hear.
