The most difficult bank I've had to transact with. Unresponsive to calls, horrible customer service hotline wait times, so much loops to go through for processing simple transactions. The banking hours should be extended to at least 4:00PM.
My account was deducted twice of the same amount when I'm using their mobile app to oay may bill and their not sending the other amount back. I have been following up through customer service line and even visited the branch. I was never given an answer why and where did my money go. Till today I haven't received my money that was taken out as duplicate transaction. You should think twice before opening an account with them.
Didn't answer any of my calls!
Slow service and long interval of waiting. 😡
