I cannot thank the staff of ANZ Mascot more for their cordiality, patience, calm nature, helpfulness and overall quality service extended to my 96 year old grandmother who chose to bank with them today. The overall team seemed to smile in general, and Kayla extended the warmest of welcomes, genuine eye contact, listened attentively to our requests and gave my elderly grandmother, my mother and I a warm reception, attentive yet swift service and she found a solution to grandma's banking needs. Kayla's attention to detail and kind demeanour most definitely set the tone for one of the best banking experiences I've ever had in Australia, especially in stark contrast with the appalling, flustered and lacking service we received from a major bank across the road just minutes earlier. Kayla should seriously be considered in future as a service excellence role model, to inspire other team members and new joiners of staff to take similar approaches when serving customers, she would give the bes

I had a fantastic experience at the ANZ branch in Mascot yesterday, thanks to Kayla. Despite the language barrier for my parents, she went above and beyond to help us open a new account and onboard me to the easy to use ANZ PLUS app. Kayla was patient, clear, and incredibly professional throughout the process, ensuring my parent understood every step. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made what could have been a challenging situation smooth and stress-free. When I choose banks, this is the type of customer service I look for to make me stay.

We started with our Australian Private Business on the 02/09/2024. To fulfill the IT-Security-Criteria, Website etc. we got in touch with a Company in Queensland. As this company didn't go ahead with the website etc. and we've got the impression, that this company are scammers we contacted our former Bank customer adviser to contact the ANZ-Fraud-Team. We are advised that we should only be patient. We have been patient until today but the website never has been finished even our payments are done. So the experience in this case seems to be that our former ANZ-Bank customer adviser probably was not independent and on the page of the fraudulent third-party. We made an ANZ-complaint one month ago but haven't received any feedback by now. The case was closed without any information to us. The harm is on our side.and the question is if reviews and complaints to the ANZ make any sense. Regina And Alexander Carstens
