These guys are legends.I had some issues just as they were closing. Mina and her team sorted me out no problem as they were heading home for the day. This was just after 530. Was totally my fault but they sorted me out. So happy that there are still banks that have branches with people who hold traditional customer service so highly. Problem. Solved. Will be popping in again for my business banking for sure.

With all the online and virtual ways to contact a bank, it is really refreshing and grounded to be able to speak to someone in store. The banker in particular was Yuting (Teresa) who provided excellent service and expert advice on credit card options to collect points. Instead a million of online forms or phone call transfers, its just Teresa asking questions and actually completing the application together with me. Process took around 45 minutes and off i went! It was easier as i am an existing ANZ customer but haven’t had a credit card in about 10 years! A couple of hours later, my application was approved and a day later, the card arrived! A couple of days later, decided to get an additional card for my partner and went directly to Yuting and after completing forms just processed it for me. 10/10 experience! The vibes in the branch is also very inviting and comfortable to resemble a kitchen or living room conversation however if personal/private information is shared e.g. negot

Mimi, Josh and Sunny are absolute legends! They went out of their way and stayed back well past their usual operating hours to ensure all forms were complete and lodged, thank you guys for making it happen! You are amazing!

Banks open when your at work and closed when you got time to attend. Well done for below average service ! Wait for 3 hours over the phone. Government need to open the options to other financial bank to come to Oz not these thefts and terrible service.
