Encounter with Annie today at 1550. Found her not helpful and inconsistent with her statements. Threatened me to the effect of closing my account. She needs more customer service training and update her knowledge with ANZ guide lines.
We came to the branch without an appointment because my mum received an email and wasn’t quite sure what was going on. Even though the day was fully booked, Annie was incredibly kind and helpful. She still took the time to assist us and made sure we understood everything clearly. Really appreciated her patience and professionalism. Excellent service – thank you, Annie!
Long queue depends on time for bank teller. also one of ATM is out of work. If I failed to use ATM, I have to come back to see the teller, it is really wasting time. Not recommend at all!
Friday morning, one teller and one qt the service desk. Very slow service. These days banks are not like on the old days. No service and they just want you to do everything online so they can close the local physical banks. Bad experienced with ANZ for a while
