The Box Hill branch recentky had a few temporary branch closes. Very inconvenient for elderly customers who are being directed to Blackburn branch. Currently the branch is temporarily closed but no timeframe as to when it will reopen. STop taking your customers for granted.

I visited the Box Hill branch of the bank to open an account . A staff member initially assisted me by directing me to the relevant officer. However, another officer appeared visibly upset, seemingly due to being busy. I simply requested a printout of a manual form, as I had been advised by another branch to complete and send it. However, the officer was unwilling to even talk to me. Instead, the staff members began conversing in their own language in front of me regarding my issue which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I also observed that the staff frequently communicated in their own language, including when discussing my issue in my presence. This experience left me feeling disregarded and unwelcome. As a result, I decided not to proceed with them.
