Bendigo Bank 145 Maling Road Canterbury

Terrible customer service absolutely embarrassing, lady tried telling me new policies have always been there, then doubles back and says “well since I’ve started here it’s been the case so thats forever” Bendigo used to have great customer service. ATM outside branch is broken, won’t let me withdraw despite having my card, id, online banking, verbal password the works absolutely terrible.

The personal banker here had terrible customer service. Basically tried to dissuade me from applying in-person for a credit card by saying how long it would take. He didn’t want to do the work.

You locked me out of my account! Apparently, some of my details on your database are not correct and therefore I can’t be identified. I have been residing outside of Australia and you haven’t been replying to my emails or answering my calls at the domicile branch in Canterbury, VIC. I can’t recover my access ID and there is no way I can go to the branch as I live in Europe. Your international helpline has been not helpful at all.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. I went in with my partner on a Saturday morning arriving around 11:20am. After already waiting longer than necessary, the lady took around 20 mins just to open a new savings account.. told me I needed to update my details (which I know I didn't, as I've had to confirm them recently), stuffing around for ages with this. When she finally managed to finish with my account, my partner was up and asked to open 2 new accounts.. to which both ladies responded with "sorry we close in 10 mins" and "we're limited on Saturdays" so they wouldn't be able to serve him. Mind you there were 3 more customers waiting behind us..? Absolutely appalling service! The only thing limited in that bank was their ability to do their damn jobs!!

Arrived to deposit cash and they couldn’t accept it. This location never seems to be able to accommodate simple simple banking requests as 3 times I’ve been disappointed. Time to change hey !!!!
