I visited yesterday to ask for bank statement, but the staff told me that what ever I can get online is what’s available. I was missing two months of transaction records that I couldn’t get online but he was just not keen to help or listen. I went back today, and Mike and Vicki took the time to understand what I needed. Even though I arrived 10 minutes before closing, they didn’t rush me. They helped kindly and provided the statement I needed, staying well past closing time. Thanks Mike and Vicki!

The customer service here was woeful, the manager certainly didnt lead by example. Exception to all this was Lyn, who when hearing that we had waited for an hour went out of her way to help. She saved the day for ANZ today.

Awful branch, awful service, awful bank. Endless queues and annoying wait times, solely due to staff incompetence.

Stephanie is very professional and friendly. With her expertise and patience, she efficiently helped my husband and me resolve our account access issues. We truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and will gladly continue banking at the branch where she works.

Vicki Cheung was incredible! She went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my card, exploring every possible solution. She even asked a colleague for help—though he was no help at all—but she didn’t give up and kept searching until she found the right fix.
