Blackwood closed (said they never would) so now I have to come down to Unley. The customer service here is very patchy. One woman very pleasant and obliging, another when asked something said she couldn't do it (untrue, as another officer in the branch did so the week before), but was immediately pushily wanting instead for me to re-,jig my interest on my home loan (which I don't want as it is fixed until next year), and seemed to have some kind of attitude abt what I have in my account. Weird. Not good service. But Lisa always gives kind, helpful service (5 stars for her!)
