I am a woman in my mid forties who has just moved from Sydney to Adelaide. In Sydney, professional women of my generation are supportive of other women, positive and normally very friendly when serving customers. In Adelaide I've noticed that there are women in their 50s in customer service roles everywhere that are giving middle aged women a really, really bad name. I have experienced so many cranky, unhelpful women in Adelaide and it shocks me. The lady who served me at this bank was a perfect example. She wouldn't let me speak without talking over me. It was so bad I would have laughed if I didn't need an answer to a serious question about my home loan. To the cranky middle aged women of Adelaide.... pull your socks up! You're giving us a bad name

I’m not one to write a review, but ANZ bank are a joke. Twice now I have deposited money at the self deposit ATM and twice it has taken my money without giving a receipt in return! The first time this happen I deposited cash. It was returned to me 3 weeks later. The second time this happened which is going in 4 weeks now I am yet to receive my money back. I have just received a call from ANZ King William and they have informed me they have no missing money deposited into the ATM. Savings accumulated for my daughter have just been taken from me from the bank. I was promised call backs on multiple occasions the on each of the days I called. Staff failed to give me updates on the dates they promised. I will definitely not recommend this service or bank.

I have re financed a property here recently and the team are fantastic. Jordan in particular has been incredible to deal with regarding the home loan and a quanta’s frequent flyer credit card. More than likely I will switch more from CBA to ANZ after the experience.

ANZ has been an excellent bank. I am so pleased with their services especially the team at this branch. Special thanks goes to Rohit, Alex and Hannah for handling all of our mortgages and accounts with such professionalism and dedication. Absolute best!

I would have given zero star if I could. I really doubt that those ATM machines are made to steal money, and staff are trained to repeat “I’ll find out and call you blah blah” and then did nothing, not even a call.
