Bendigo Bank Amberly Park Shopping Centre 8 101 Seebeck Drive

Had a great experience with the tellers informing me on how to keep up with finances for travelling, felt very personally helped! Thanks so much to the two tellers at 12pm on Thursday the 27th of November 😊

I switched from a major bank to the Bendigo bank, I like the smaller bank but the service at the bank is generally poor. Slow to complete simple tasks, I’m putting this down to poor training as the staff don’t seem confident in their work

We have switched over to Bendigo after using two other bigger banks. We have found a much better service at Bendigo, helpful, knowledgeable staff and a friendly approach. We have been particularly impressed by the mortgage help provided by the branch manager Sunny and Jessica the mortgage advisor. It has been a smooth and stress free experience. We can’t recommend this branch and it’s team highly enough. Refreshing to bank without feeling under pressure to buy extra services not required and to deal with such efficient, approachable people. Terrible branch. Terribly rude staff. Wouldn’t step foot in this bank again. If you have to use this bank, I would recommend speaking to anyone BUT Jessica Clarke as she is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Actually threatened to tell people who had the same conveyancer as we did that she would refuse them loans. Unbelievable. Trash.
